RETURN POLICY
You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to make any changes or returns.
The return of the product will be accepted if it is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with its complete original packaging, labels, and related accessories, without having been improperly used or mishandled, and without having been exposed to harmful conditions.

RETURN OF INCORRECT PRODUCT
If you receive a size or model that you did not request, we will change the size at no additional cost. If the requested size is not available, we will suggest another model for the exchange.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at infotppedidos@gmail.com, providing the product details and a photo showing the damage. We will inform you how to proceed. Returns will only be accepted for manufacturing defects, such as stains or undone seams. It is important to check the condition of the product before using it.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT
You do not have the right to change a customized product.
Not considered a defect:
-Wear due to misuse or exposure to adverse conditions.
-Natural wear due to use or the passage of time.
www.todoporteros.es reserves the right to refuse returns outside the established period or products in conditions different from those sent. In such cases, the return will be at the customer's expense. Once it is confirmed that the return complies with our policy, we will inform you via email.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and returns with shipping costs due will not be accepted. In case of size exchange without defects, the customer must bear the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the new size.
If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it at no cost.
