SUEL TYPE

Find out what is the perfect sole for your football boots! Choosing the right sole is key to improving your performance in the field. Know the different types of soles available and their features so that you can make the best decision according to your needs and preferences:

- FG sole (Firm Ground): Ideal for playing on natural grass in good condition or state artificial grass. It offers good traction and stability thanks to its rubber or plastic heels, being preferred by most professional players.

- SG sole (Soft Ground): Perfect for playing in soft or wet natural grass, especially when there is mud or rain. Its aluminium or metal heels clamp on the ground and avoid slips, there are two variants: the 6 tacos GS, which are the most classic and long, and the mix, which combines aluminum and rubber heels to have more support points.

- AG sole (Artificial Ground): Designed specifically to play on artificial grass, especially on first or second generation grass. Its shorter and more numerous tacos than the FG sole reduce the risk of overload or torsion injuries, being more durable than the FG sole thanks to the fact that the artificial grass wears the soles more.

- TF sole (Turf): Perfect for synthetic surfaces with a lot of wear, such as old artificial grass or earth. Its very small and dense tacos are better suited to these terrains and offer greater cushioning, being an intermediate sole between the AG sole and the IN sole.

- IN sole (Indoor): Ideal for playing on smooth and hard surfaces, such as parquet, cement or carpeting. It has no tacos, but a smooth rubber that provides good grip and flexibility. It is the recommended sole for football room or futsal.
